Live aboard a luxury catamaran, guided by a professional skipper and cared for by a dedicated hostess. Nourish your body and soul with daily Pilates and breath work sessions on deck, under the Mediterranean sun, and enjoy flavourful, plant-based cuisine inspired by the Greek diet and prepared with love from fresh, local ingredients.

Swim, snorkel, explore hidden beaches, and discover some of Greece’s most stunning islands. Relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with nature, yourself, and like-minded travellers. Picture this moment… In a few months, you could be here, where the sea meets your sense of balance and freedom.


Food and Drinks
On board, you will enjoy three nourishing meals each day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — based on traditional Greek cuisine with a light, plant-based (vegan) focus. The dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, olive oil, herbs, and simple flavours that support well-being. On 2–3 evenings, you may choose to have dinner ashore and experience local Greek flavours. Tea, coffee, water, and a glass of wine with meals are included, while fresh fruits and snacks are available throughout the day.
Daily Pilates and Breathwork Sessions
Experience daily Pilates and breathwork sessions on the catamaran deck, guided by certified instructor Tania Tsiora. Surrounded by the gentle rhythm of the waves and the beauty of the Ionian Sea, each session strengthens, aligns, and restores balance. Tania’s gentle yet transformative approach combines movement with meditation, suitable for all levels, helping you feel stronger, more centred, and deeply connected to yourself.

Sofia
Herbal Therapist and Cook
A pharmacist and herbal therapist by profession, but a passionate cook and sailor at heart. Recently, she has brought these passions together, creating deeply nourishing experiences at sea.
During our journey, Sofia will prepare wholesome, healing meals made with pure local ingredients, herbs, and aromas that support both body and mind. She will also be available for personal holistic wellness guidance for anyone who wishes to explore their health more deeply.
Sofia will additionally offer onboard workshops on holistic health, from practical ways to use herbs in daily life to gentle practices that support longevity, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Tania
Pilates Instructor
A certified Pilates instructor with a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic wellbeing. During this journey, she’ll guide you through Pilates sessions that strengthen, align, and restore balance, helping you feel grounded and energized.
Through group sessions and tailormade advice for movement and posture Tania creates a space of connection and flow, where movement becomes meditation and the sea your inspiration. Her approach is gentle yet transformative, designed to leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply connected to yourself.
